I bring 25 years experience working in health and wellbeing services using therapeutic approaches to promote wellbeing. I've supported many people move through crisis points, navigate life changes, and re-establish healthier relationships.

Over the years I have undertaken a wide range of trainings including: mindfulness, building resilience, stress management, cognitive behavioural therapy, understanding self harm, compassionate focussed therapy, and working with addictions. I'm an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow an ethical framework for good practice. For years I worked in the NHS as a mental health professional and remain registered with the Health Professionals Council (HCPC). My mental health background means I have expertise in working with depression, anxiety, addictions and work related stress. I've also worked at a university developing a Wellbeing Service to address the mental health needs of students. I provided bespoke therapeutic interventions, mentoring, and staff training. In addition I've delivered training, supervision, and consultancy to a variety of organisations over the years (business, charity, and public sector). My private practice is in Cheltenham and online and I'm a member of ComPsych, one of the largest Employee Assisted Programmes (EAP) globally. I'm also registered with BUPA ,WPA, AXA, Vitality, Cigna, and Aviva as a provider of counselling and psychotherapy. I work with individuals and couples of all sexual orientations. I receive regular supervision and am highly dedicated to continuing professional and personal development. I'm committed to integrating sustainable values and practices into my business as well as my personal life.
